I have to admit that a new cookie has found its way onto our Christmas table... The Italian cookie Biscotti, made with lots of ginger and almonds. Lars LOVES ginger! When a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon - I add a tablespoon!!! I don't think I need to say he has them to himself!!!(and I make a more normal version for the rest of the family).
Jeg må indrømme, at en ny småkage har fundet vej til vores julebord... Den italienske småkage Biscotti, lavet med masser af ingefær og mandler. Lars ELSKER ingefær! Når en opskrift kræver 1 tsk - tilføjer jeg en spiseskefuld!!! Jeg tror ikke, jeg behøver at sige, at han har dem for sig selv!!!(og jeg laver en mere normal udgave til resten af familien).

Fabulous card Conny, red and green is perfect for Christmas. The layers on your card look fabulous, it's a wonderful mix of patterns and textures.
SvarSletYour cookies look delicious! Have you already started baking or are these photos from previous years? My husband loves all sorts of cookies and I always do a day of baking a week or so before Christmas. I might have to add a few of these to our table!
