I don't make cards to sell. I'm quite well aware I can't match what others make. But right now there are 5 who have asked if I would make something for them... it's a bit of a challenge. It pushes my boundaries. I have to learn some new techniques - it's so interesting! I can only hope it was good enough. I have to be happy with what I can deliver. That's not easy.
First project has been handed in!It was to make 81 table cards where the theme was basketball. Well I have the silhouette, and it turn out to be a real friend. I bought 3 players and then it was time to get started. The end result was these cards. When I thought I was done, I sent a picture to Jannie! I can trust her to speak her mind! I love it. She suggested I make a black border around the card - suddenly it looked like the players were on the playing field! It made such a difference. Thanks for the idea.
